If you can't make phone calls, text or use mobile data when you are abroad, please check the settings in your mobile phone as described below:

Prepaid SIM card or subscription within the EU
  1. Make sure that data roaming is enabled in the settings of your mobile phone.
  2. Make sure that mobile data is enabled in the settings of your mobile phone. (if you only want to be able to make phone calls or text and not use mobile data, you can disable mobile data).
  3. Switch to another foreign operator in the country you are visiting.

Prepaid SIM card within the EU
Can't use mobile data, make phone calls or text
  1. Make sure that you have a +Saldo that exceeds the sum of what 10MB surf costs in the country you are visiting. Alternatively that you have bought a package with Utlandssurf.
  2. Make sure that data roaming is enabled in the settings of your mobile phone.
  3. Make sure that mobile data is enabled in the settings of your mobile phone.
  4. Switch to another foreign operator in the country you are visiting.

Can't make phone calls or text (I don't need mobile data)
  1. Make sure that you have a +Saldo
  2. Make sure that data roaming is enabled in the settings of your mobile phone.
  3. Make sure that mobile data is disabled in the settings of your mobile phone.
  4. Switch to another foreign operator in the country you are visiting.

Subscriptions outside the EU
  1. If you have set a Maxpris, it must exceed the sum what 10MB surf costs in the country you are visiting. Alternatively, you have a package with Utlandssurf.
  2. Make sure that data roaming is enabled in the settings of your mobile phone.
  3. Make sure that mobile data is enabled in the settings of your mobile phone. (if you only want to be able to make phone calls or text and not use mobile data, you can disable mobile data).
  4. Switch to another foreign operator in the country you are visiting.

  2. Select Mobile Data.
  3. Here you can enable or disable Mobile Data.
Data Roaming
  1. Launch Settings.
  2. Select Mobile Data.
  3. Tap Mobile Data Options.
  4. Here you can enable or disable Data Roaming.
Change operator
  1. Launch Settings.
  2. Select Mobile Data.
  3. Tap Network Selection.
  4. Disable Automatic.
  5. Wait a few minutes and then select another operator from the list, feel free to try several different operators. If there is only one operator available, the list will only show that one.
Samsung Galaxy
Mobile Data
  1. Launch Settings.
  2. Tap Connections.
  3. Tap Data usage.
  4. Here you can enable or disable Mobile data.
Data Roaming
  1. Launch Settings.
  2. Select Connections.
  3. Tap Mobile networks.
  4. Here you can enable or disable Data roaming.
Change operator
  1. Launch Settings.
  2. Select Connections.
  3. Tap Mobile networks.
  4. Tap Network operators.
  5. Disable Automatic.
  6. Wait a few minutes and then select another operator from the list, feel free to try several different operators. If there is only one operator available, the list will only show that one.
Sony Xperia
Mobile Data
  1. Launch Settings.
  2. Select Network & internet.
  3. Tap Mobile network.
  4. Here you can enable or disable Mobile data.
Data Roaming
  1. Launch Settings.
  2. Select Network & internet.
  3. Tap Mobile network.
  4. Here you can enable or disable Roaming.
Change operator
  1. Launch Settings.
  2. Select Network & internet.
  3. Tap Mobile network.
  4. Tap Advanced.
  5. Disable Automatically select network.
  6. Tap Network.
  7. Wait a few minutes and then select another operator from the list, feel free to try several different operators. If there is only one operator available, the list will only show that one.
