If you can't make phone calls, text or use mobile data when you are abroad, please check the settings in your mobile phone as described below:

Prepaid SIM card or subscription within the EU

1. Make sure that data roaming is enabled in the settings of your mobile phone.

2. Make sure that mobile data is enabled in the settings of your mobile phone. (if you only want to be able to make phone calls or text and not use mobile data, you can disable mobile data).

3. Switch to another foreign carrier in the country you are visiting.

Prepaid SIM card within the EU

Can't use mobile data, make phone calls or text

1. Make sure that you have a +Saldo that exceeds the sum of what 10MB surf costs in the country you are visiting. Alternatively that you have bought a package with Utlandssurf.

2. Make sure that data roamingis enabled in the settings of your mobile phone.

3. Make sure that mobile data is enabled in the settings of your mobile phone.

4. Switch to another foreign carrier in the country you are visiting.

1. Make sure that you have a +Saldo.

4. Here you can enable or disable Mobile data.
