Get started with your mobile subscription

A short guide on how to get started as a Comviq user.

1. Check the status of your delivery

You can track your delivery and see the status of your order directly here on comviq.se and in My Account (Mitt Konto).

Have you already received your order? Then continue to step 2.

2. Enter your SIM card

We always send out a triple SIM that fits all mobile phones, old and new. You simply push out the size that fits your unit. Save the other parts, they can come in handy if you ever need to change your phone.

If you have chosen an eSIM, there are slightly different steps you need to take, depending on which mobile you have.

Transfer number from another operator?

If you changed to Comviq from another operator and kept your old mobile number, it will take 10 days before the SIM is activated. The activation is done automatically.

Ordered a new mobile number?

If you selected a new mobile number when you placed your order, your SIM card is activated automatically when you insert it into the device.

3. Get started with My Account (Mitt Konto)

On My Account (Mitt Konto), you can, among other things, pay your invoices and change settings for voice messages and cost limit.

When you order a mobile subscription on Comviq.se, we automatically create an account for you. Login details will be sent to you by email.

If you can't find your details, you can reset your password here. Enter the email address you used when placing your order.

4. Download the Comviq app

If you want smooth payment of your invoices, keep track of your usage and change settings on the go? Then you just download our app to your mobile, log in with your login details and you're up and running!

5. Pay your first invoice

Once your invoice has been created, you will receive it by email. It will also be available via My Account (Mitt Konto) and in the Comviq-app where we support smooth payment with both Swish and credit card.
