How to order an eSIM as a new customer

If you are about to get a new mobile with support for eSIM, or a new mobile subscription, you will be able to choose an eSIM instead of a physical SIM card while placing your order.

When you have finished your order, we will send you a physical letter with a QR code that you scan to download your eSIM on your mobile.

Get started with your eSIM

Depending on which mobile phone you have, there are a few different steps you need to follow to get started with your eSIM. If you do not have an eSIM, you first need to order one.

Apple iPhone

• Open Settings on your mobile
• Select Mobile network
• Add mobile subscription.
• Scan the QR code with your mobile camera and click on Add SIM. You don't need an extra app to scan the code.
• Now you can choose which will be your primary and secondary SIM. If you only have one SIM in your unit, it automatically becomes primary SIM.

Samsung Galaxy

• Open Settings on your mobile
• Select Connection > SIM card manager.
• Select Add subscription > Add with QR code.
• Scan the code with your mobile camera and follow the instructions. You don't need an extra app to scan the code.

You can now manage your SIM in the SIM card manager.
