If you forgot to pay your invoice, you need to pay it as soon as possible. The fastest way to pay a invoice is to pay it by card or Swish via Mitt Konto or the Comviq app. Your payment is registered immediately and your services starts working as usual again.
If you choose to pay the invoice via PlusGiro, it can take 2-3 days before we receive the payment and your services starts working again.
What happens if I forget to pay my invoice?
If your invoice is not paid on the due date, we always remind you via SMS. If the payment is not received after that, you will receive a reminder by letter (our reminder fee is SEK 60) and further SMS reminders. The subscription is then closed and after three working days the invoice is finally sent to debt collection.
The reminder fee is always added to your invoice the month after you were late.
Invoice from debt collection
If you have received an invoice from a dept collection company, you must pay the invoice you've received from the, not the invoice that you've received from us. Your subscription is opened when the debt collection company has informed us that the invoice has been paid. This usually takes 3 working days from your payment.
