Delivery time

The delivery time is different depending on which mobile phone you have chosen. We have most mobile phones in stock and are sent out within 1-3 working days. The delivery time can be affected by the mail going to your home and when new mobiles are launched.

Track your delivery

If you want to see the status of your order and track your package, go to comviq.se/leveransstatus (page in Swedish) and enter your order number from your email confirmation and your Social Security Number.

Our delivery options

When you order from Comviq, you don't have to worry about any shipping or delivery costs. Below you can read about our delivery options.

Postal service

You can also have your order sent to your registered address with PostNord. Then you will receive a delivery notice when you can pick it up at your nearest post office. For security reasons, we do not give out shipment numbers when delivered via PostNord. We ask you to wait until you receive your notification from PostNord.

Pick up at a service point

You can also select to pick up your SIM-card at a service point. Select nearest 7-eleven or Pressbyrån when you place your order.
